Cosmetic Consultations:
*Consultations are required before any laser, microneedling, Botox, filler, threads, PRP injections, chemical peels, or sclerotherapy services. Consultations only take 15-30 minutes. Consultations do not cover medical inquiries.
Cosmetic Consultation with our Aesthetician-
Consultations with our aesthetician, Emily, cover skincare products, noninvasive laser treatments (IPL, Pulsed Dye Laser, Laser Hair Reduction), microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, and facial treatment options. The consultation is complimentary. Consultations only cover cosmetic inquiries, not medical inquiries.
Cosmetic Consultation with our RN-
Consultations with our RN, Natalie Gabel, cover both invasive and noninvasive laser treatments, RF microneedling, PRP injections, sclerotherapy, chemical peels, Botox, filler, and threads. The consultation fee is $75, but then is deducted from the cost of the service scheduled after. Consultations only cover cosmetic inquiries, not medical inquiries.

At Pure North Cosmetic Center we offer Hydrafacials and a Dermaplaning Facial. We believe in results driven facial treatments that leave your skin feeling rejuvenated, decongested, and glowing!
Hydrafacial:
Signature Hydrafacial (30 min.)
This treatment deeply cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and hydrates the skin utilizing super serums filled with antioxidant, peptides, and hyaluronic acids. This treatment includes LED light therapy to further reduce the visible signs of aging.
Deluxe Hydrafacial (45 min.)

Chemical Peels:
TCA Peel -
Containing Trichloroacetic Acid this peel comes in different strengths. Commonly used for sun damage and fine lines.
Jessner's Peel -
Containing a mix of Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, and Resorcinol this is a medium depth peel. Commonly used for sun damage, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and acne scars.
Enlighten RX Peel -
Containing Hydroquinone 8%, Retinoid Acid, Salicylic Acid, Kojic Acid, Arbutin, and Vitamin C this is a medium depth chemical peeling mask. Commonly used for sun damage, hyperpigmentation, Melasma, scarring, fine lines, and redness. This peel can safely be done on all skin colors.
Reve Peel -
Containing Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid), and Phenol this is a medium to deep peel. Commonly used for sun damage, fine lines, acne scarring (both pigment and texture), hyperpigmentation, and active acne.
Reve Fresh Peel -
Containing Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, and TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid) this is a medium depth peel. Commonly used for sun damage, fine lines, acne scarring (both pigment and texture), and active acne.
*No sun exposure for 2-4 weeks before peel and 2-4 weeks after. ALL peels require a consultation and some peels require pre treatment products.
Novalash Eyelash Extensions:
Full Set
Add length and thickness to your lashes to simplify your routine. Available in classic (1 lash extension per natural lash) or volume (a fan of multiple lashes per natural lash). We are proud partners with Novalash and our Aesthetician, Emily, is certified through Novalash as well.
Fill
Lash extensions need to be maintained by getting a fill every 2-3 weeks.
Mini Fill
Touch up your lashes before a special event or vacation.
Dermaplaning:
A method of exfoliation where a scalpel is used to gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells and remove the vellus hair (peach fuzz) in order to reveal a smoother and brighter complexion. Dermaplaning increases absorption of skincare products and creates a smooth and flawless surface for makeup to be applied to. During the Dermaplaning Facial enjoy a deep cleansing, dermaplaning, calming mask, and finishing products.

Microneedling:
Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy)
The latest treatment for achieving that “youthful glow.” This procedure uses a microneedling pen with a sterile needle cartridge containing 12 fine needles that puncture the skin which then stimulates collagen production. Ideal for acne scars, fine lines, and any other textural imperfections. May also be combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to further improve collagen production. The skin is prepped by applying a topical numbing cream to ensure your comfort. We are proud partners with The SkinPen.
Microneedling + PRP
Regain your youthful glow with this facial. This procedure includes drawing blood from your arm, separating the platelets, and injecting them into the skin via microneedling. Drastically improves skin’s texture and tone.
What is PRP?
Although blood is mainly a liquid (called plasma), it also contains small solid components (red cells, white cells, and platelets.) The platelets are best known for their importance in clotting blood. However, platelets also contain hundreds of proteins called growth factors which are very important in the healing of injuries. PRP is plasma with many more platelets than what is typically found in blood.
PRP injections for hair loss
Similarly to its use in other areas, the powerful growth factors in PRP can be used to stimulate hair growth in patients experiencing hair thinning.
Body Treatments:
Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy effectively treats varicose and spider veins. Sclerotherapy involves injecting a solution directly into the vein. The sclerotherapy solution causes the vein to scar, forcing blood to reroute through healthier veins.

Consultations for Fillers and Botox are offered with our RN, Natalie Gabel, for $75. If a procedure is scheduled, this amount will be deducted from the cost.
Botox
The Botox is in the family of neurotoxin products. Other similar products include Dysport and Xeomin- Dr. Leithauser personally prefers Botox. The products work on wrinkles called “dynamic rhytides,” a term meaning wrinkles that are present when facial muscles are moving/contracting but not present when those muscles are at rest. The mechanism of action is essentially the same for each product- the toxin permanently blocks nerve transmission in the area where it is injected, preventing nerve impulses from reaching muscle fibers, thus preventing contraction of the fiber and preventing a wrinkle from forming. Effects typically last for about 4-6 months after treatment. Interestingly, the toxin does not “wear off”- the paralysis is permanent. Rather, the human body produces new nerve fibers with new synapses to allow the muscles to start moving again.
Dermal Fillers
The vast majority of dermal fillers (and all fillers used by Dr. Leithauser) are composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural component of our skin. These fillers are injected to correct volume loss that naturally occurs over time. Fillers are gels of varying viscosity, which helps determine which filler is the right choice for correcting different areas of the face.
